No, you don't have to touch in/touch out when going from the Tube to the DLR (or vice versa) at Bank. It's all the same system, and once you're in that system, you're in the system. It's a seamless interchange.

But if you go from the Tube to the DLR (or vice versa) at Canary Wharf, you do have to touch in again, because there are barriers at Canary Wharf. Each trip will count as a separate leg (I think).

You can use American Express cards at all London Underground ticket machines.

You know, I don't know the answer to this. I've never transferred at LHR!

Does anyone know this? I know that you are able to take the Tube from T3 to T4 but it's not free (it's an intra-zone-6 trip which I believe costs £1 or around there). I don't know if there's a bus.
