Here at the Deauville Beach Resort, we pride ourselves in providing great customer service. For the same reason we offer discounted rates throughout the year, so that people can enjoy our facilities, and our service at a great rate.
I see that you had booked a reservation at a rate of $10.00 for our published rack rate.
Due to an error on our software the rate of $10.00 appeared available for a few hours. I apologize if this seemed like a real offer. It is not our intention to mislead our customers.
