In PHX I drove less than 75 mi. Told the check in person I filled the tank. Had a receipt in hand. He still charged me the fuel charge. I called him on it and he said I would have to go inside because he closed the contract. Then he asked about damage to the car. I told him there was no damage. As he was looking around, I got out my camera and started taking pictures of him and the car.
He shut up real quick. I reported him, his dishonest dealings, and abusive behavior to corporate. Don't know what happened. Probably nothing. I find myself renting more from Thrifty lately.
