Thanks for the Billund tip, hadn't even considered that. The bus from BLL to AAR is probably more enjoyable than an extra hop in CPH! I have just booked my itinerary (in paid J) and before the return booked a contingency/personal day with car rental, so I have some time to tour around the peninsula a bit.
1. Outbound LH471/LH3120 YYZ-FRA-BLL
2. Return QI243/AC847 BLL-MUC-YYZ
I'd never heard of Cimber Air, but they appear to be an LH/SAS/*A partner so that's fine. And how bad can an airline whose logo is a Nordic war helmet really be!
EDIT: turns out the corporate beancounters and their AC/LH pricing agreements haven't ever heard of CI either, so I have to return via FRA as well. Oh well.
