Help! In-seat power reset on 757/767? FAs are clueless

Yesterday I was on two flights (757/767-300ER) that had the crappy IFE system. On both flights the power outlets were dead. I asked the lead FA on my 757 flight if there was anything she could do to reset the outlets. She asked around and said she even contacted the cockpit and there wasn't anything to reset.

On the 767-300ER flights the outlets worked before they had to reset the IFE due to DishTV problems. After the reboot they were totally dead. I told the FA and she didn't know how to reset them.

Is there a breaker the FAs can reset the in-seat power on for the 757s and 767s? If so, is there a techincal term I can tell them that will let them know what to do?
