I asked if I could park in the large dirt lot next to the hotel and valet told me they would still charge me 16 bucks a night. Its just silly if you ask me. I am going back to that hotel in october and hope I still get that upgrade to the 1 bedroom suite as I only need one bed. I have a feeling the policy may change on the valet by then, or at least i hope so.
I still don't understand this - they cannot charge you for parking the car yourself if you elect to park off hotel property. You can park on the street, in a public lot, or in someone's driveway - it doesn't matter. If you're not parking on their property, they cannot charge you. Period.
