I would be interested in the link to those threads, as they were charged USD40 each and also local based charges of BHD20 each for the priveledge. This was dealt with the BAEC number in the Middle East which goes through to India.......... To say they were clueless is a slight understatement. Time to write yet another letter to customer services I think.
