No SPG 'Elite' recognition at all, and all I got was a lousy white keyholder.
Maybe the Blue Screen of Death was holding the Gold Keyholders hostage in the non-functioning elevator?
And, paytonc, as much as I've had issues with the Westin, I'd stay there in a New York minute over the aloft....at least until the service issue is resolved.
