I don't know about Hilton but SPG has(and usually has)several consecuative stackable bonuses-which do not require a Visa for payment.
Visa sponsers the current "Mega"(hah)bonus-not Marriott.
The 30k bonus was very nice and offered a glimmer of hope to me that Marriott has gotten past the greediness upon which the company was founded,unfortunately that does not appear to be the case.

Sorry Blackstone is running Hilton into the ground,for some reason I have never been attracted to Hilton as a chain(I can hear the folks over in the HH forums shouting Hurrah )
