The article was actually in todays Telegraph and was about the fact that by 2012 LGW and co need to get their act together. It is so tedius reading articles about articles when they quote out of context.
What he failed to do was actually lay any blame at the door of the airline who checked his bags in the first place - probably Sleazy Jet or some cheap jack charter. Peanuts and Monkeys comes to mind.
