dep LHR 14:35
this would give 55 mins turnaround at LIN back onto the same plane and 2 hours connection at LHR if there are no delays. Does this sound reasonable? I will only have hand luggage.
IMHO that should be fine as long as you OLCI and PYOPB for LHR-LIN and also for LIN-LHR-PHX. This means that
(a) at LIN you won't miss the 11.30 as you can get from the steps of the incoming a/c to the departure gate faster than BA can clean and refuel the a/c for its return journey
(b) at LHR you will be checked in for your onward connection, and at that point if you miss it BA will put you on the next suitable flight, but in normal conditions 2 hours is ample.
