For a 0730 flight I would try to be at the airport between 0500-0530 no matter where it is at.

Unless you expect it to be delayed, a 0730 will mean boarding between 0630-0700. And unless you are truly a VIP, checkin-Security-Imigration-Security could be more than an hour.
