It notes that I can use the continentally when flying with United. How does this work? It mentions the three ways I can do it are online, by phone with the M&M team or at the airport. But if they are electronic how can United electronically upgrade me? and how could M&M help me with a UA booking that I'm creditting to BD or can I just put my BD number in at the last minute?
