Just to confirm, it's a WBC cabin, but your class of service is Domestic First. Therefore, no lounge access. You can purchase a temporary membership (90 days) for $125. There are two requirments for complimentary access to World Club.
1. The Pax must be travelling on an international itinerary.
2. Must be Skyteam Elite pus.
Both must be met if the pax is travelling in coach. Or the itinearay must be a business class itinerary, not necessary a WBC or First cabin for that segment.
For example, you could be on an international itinerary in business calss, but one segment might be in coach due to IRROPS or availability reasons at the time of booking.
