I cannot answer #1, but I can answer #s 2 and 3. If you're in the room you can use all the facilities; it doesn't matter how you got there. So a day pass will allow you to use the lockers if they are in the room. And you will have access to the PC from the same terminal as the NW gates. Hopefully someone else will be able to confirm #1.
I wrote down the HNL PC phone number earlier as part of my travel preparation. I am, however, too addicted to FT that the most obvious answer didn't even occur to me
I just finished talking to the lady working at HNL PC, and she confirmed the presence of a luggage storage closet. She asked whether I was a member, but I assume she was making the point that the general public cannot use PC facilities without paying for access.
