Sounds like Starwood oversight of this new property is NIL. You would think someone would be around the opening week to ensure that the front desk is familiar with SPG rules and benefits. NO late checkout offered at all? Ridiculous. It's printed on every keycard holder! Did they give you a keycard holder with the SPG Gold benefits printed on it?
