The main reason I ask is the NW website states that "When you fly World Business Class, you are invited to relax and unwind or catch up on work at any one of our exclusive WorldClubs lounges." It doesn't mention a differentiation between domestic and international itineraries (DL only grants Crown Room access to those flying international BusinessElite). Are there any such restrictions on domestic itineraries or award tickets? I'm Delta Gold Medallion (SkyTeam Elite) but not a member of any lounge/club.
Thanks!
Okay, if I understand you correctly you're doing ATL-IAH-HNL (CO) / HNL-MSP-ATL (NW). Somehow it says business on your itinerary. I'm thinking you either booked through DL or CO? At any rate NW is just like DL when it comes to lounges, only international gets free lounge access.
If you look at the fare rules on the receipt I'm guessing the actual fare bias is domestic First. However, that being said, HNL-MSP should be on an A333, you'll have a world business class cabin, with Domestic F meals and amenities. So free meal and drinks + lie flat.
