I'll preface that I'm a Delta loyal and have never flown NW. My wife and I are flying ATL-HNL, CO through IAH on the outbound and NW through MSP on the return. We are flying Coach out and World Business back. Do our Wold Business tickets afford us entry into the WorldClubs in HNL and MSP?

The main reason I ask is the NW website states that "When you fly World Business Class, you are invited to relax and unwind or catch up on work at any one of our exclusive WorldClubs lounges." It doesn't mention a differentiation between domestic and international itineraries (DL only grants Crown Room access to those flying international BusinessElite). Are there any such restrictions on domestic itineraries or award tickets? I'm Delta Gold Medallion (SkyTeam Elite) but not a member of any lounge/club.
