Thanks. My father called the first number and they told him to go back to the internet

So, now I have him fill out the form to get a new PIN. I guess that's the only way.

Also, they told him he doesn't have enough miles for all the way anyway.

It is possible to just book an award from DUS to Madrid and buy an extension ticket from Madrid to Santiago?
