Yipes! A GS that has never been seated in E+? I trust that is because you are in F 99% of the time. As a lowly 1K, I have a great record for standing by and even getting exit row E+ at the gate. I suspect your busy home airport has a lot to do with your occasional domestic experience. I have seen some GAs make an attempt to work the top UGs in time for elite boarding. Everything is situational, but your description has not been the norm for me, thankfully.....
