The number to call IB+ inside Spain is 807 117 777. This is a premium number (costs per minute) and not sure if you can call it outside the country or not. Sorry I don't have a regular number. The regular sales call center is 902 400 500, but I kinda doubt they'll mess with IB+. Might be worth a try if you can't get through the other way; at least they can probably give you another number to call.
