I made my second visit last week to Terminal 5 (previous one was in April) as all of my recent trips in the last few months have been from Terminal 4.

Whilst I very much enjoyed the GF, I was disappointed that there are not that many screens showing departures and with no announcements (I do understand the reason and it does make for a quieter lounge), I had to keep getting up to check the screen as it was a long way from where I was sitting.


I really think they should put up some more screens - and perhaps change some of those over the newspaper stand - to show departures. Not many people are going to watch TV when there is no sound.
