First, YVR-OGG was daily last winter and I believe YVR-KOA was daily too (could be wrong though).

I always run into people from Alberta (and BC) when in Hawaii, and the occasional person from Toronto that use to live in Alberta or BC. This does not count the many people I know that have property in Hawaii whose main home is in Alberta.

It always dumbfounds me that there is no non-stop by AC to Hawaii from AB (both YEG and YYC) even a couple of times a week. Whenever I come back (Same thing happens going but less noticeable) there is a large pack going from the Canada Customs to the YEG flight.

As a side note YEG is getting a weekly non-stop to OGG (not YYC, only through YEG) from Air Transat.
