I for one believe they are just pissing off there best customers. Isn't the AA miles program worth something like 6 billion? How about making the new fees exempt for the GLD, PLT, EXP members?

I my only be a AA PLT, but the cost of my tickets alone last year were about 40k and the cuts really piss me off. There is nothing like buying a 1100(one way, domestic by the way) dollar coach middle seat ticket, only to be nickel and dime to death, with horrible customer service to boot.
