I agree that staying in a historic building in the Summer Palace and at an Aman outweighs having a bathtub in a guest room. I do not consider it a problem. I just thought it would be worth it for people to know that in case someone wants a bathtub. Then, a suite would be better.
I also found out that the Courtyard rooms, the Deluxe suites, and the Courtyard suites are all located in the one story historic courtyard style buildings which were from the Summer Palace era.
While the guest room and the regular suite category are located in blocked buildings (similar shape to the lodges in Amankora) which were originally built in the late 1970s.
