There have been screw-ups on both ends. Be grateful for what you have and enjoy your trip. Or just worry about it the entire time.
BTW, how did you pay for your ticket/fees? In the worst case you can always buy another segment if there is an issue mid trip and have your CC battle for you. My Amex card has been worth its weight in Gold, hhhmmm Platinum 100 times over.
