I hope this is the appropriate forum in regards of Iberia questions. Otherwise, please redirect me to where the stuff belongs.
Anyway, I want to go to Santiago de Compostella (SCQ) in October, either leaving from DUS or CGN (IB doesn't serve CGN unfortunately)
As the fares are rather ridiculous (around 400 EUR), my dad offered me to possibly use his IB miles. Unfortunately, he has lost the PIN. How do I get a new one for him? The ladies on the telephone were not really helpful and said: check the internet.
Also: can somebody please look up the award availability for coach on
October 7th DUS-(MAD)-SCQ and return October 11th/12th SCQ-(MAD)-DUS.
As any Flyertalker, I am willing to take any crazy routing offered.
If you guys tell me that there is no availability at all, I won't procede and find out about the PIN, etc.
