Hi,

I checked in online for a flight today from FRA-YYZ, and requested to be waitlisted for an upgrade using a SSWU.

Then, when I arrived at the airport, the agent asked why there was a note on my file saying FREE J CLASS ENTITLED.

Anyone have any idea what this means?
