Hmmm...if rental cars count as "ground transportation," the only two really bad experiences I've had this year in Metro LA have been at SNA. And that's with the so-called "express" service memberships. LAX has been mostly trouble free. Thrifty/Blue Chip, National/Emerald, Budget/Fast Break, Hertz #1--all seemed to have their act together.
