From Australia and I imagine, New Zealand, we can pick up a combination fare of C to BKK, the F from BKK to Europe for 240,000baht. Tried SQ, it was very good too, although only regional to SIN, but it was not so good I would pay their price when I have an alternative. But the clincher for me is, I have work to do in Thailand, and the ground component in BKK is so far superior than in SIN for doing work. With midnight flights, even Hyatt kick me out at 8pm, so I do spend a fair bit of time at the airport. regards bkkrop
