It never even occurred to me that anyone could object to taking stuff from the lounge. I do it all the time. If the lounge is quiet and otherwise pleasant, I'll stay there. Frequently, though, I find the DYKWIA types gathered in a group speaking loudly and acting is the lounge is an extension of their guestroom. In such cases, though, I head back to my room, goodies in hand.
