I will begin building a home in the next month or two. I currently do not have a miles CC and fly on Delta. I was leaning towards the Starwood card until I read about the double miles offer on home improvement via Delta's Amex. Do they usually put a limit on these types of Amex cards? Any suggestions? Thanks.
