I know that many companies have personell lurking or working on flyertalk.com, so this is my last try before I leave KLM for good.

I have mailed them
I have called them
I have emailed them

but I dont get any action.

KLM therfore lost my busines onmy upcoming trip to Barcelona (Sterling got it instead). I might even go back to SAS, that I left when they became a "no-thrill flight company", because as long that my very simple issue isnt resolved, I wont fly KLM.

I just want to get the credit for my Delta trip from Las Vegas to Brussels.

So, any represenatives here?
