That extra fare for the Shinjuku freepass is a little misleading since it doesn't include the limited express supplement, I believe, which cuts travel time by about 30 minutes each way and adds comfort.

Never ridden the pirate ships, just looking at them was enough for me! But they definitely are classic Japan tourist schlock.
