That's odd. When I did it a few weeks ago it just asked for my IB+ number and my ID/passport number.
Same here.
Then it asked for just a few more information:
Date of birth
Nationality
Country of residence
Last four digits of account telephone number
Date of birth again
Last Name
Nationality
Country of residence
and after about 10 questions (some of them came up several times), they just blocked the account
