What is the award booking class for Iberia? I will look up the award availability on Quantas. Thanks.

I clicked on the FORGOT YOUR PIN but it asks so many stupid questions several times like passport number, etc. that was not in the profile. So at the end, they locked the account, I have to go through filling out forms now, etc.
This will take forever
