I know I've seen it, I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't NW as that's self serve - I had to ask for it, that leaves only CO as I use no other clubs.
Perhaps EWR?
NW has a few WC's that are not self-serve. DCA is one; would have to think about the others, but I know that there are a few.
