Do Falling Oil Prices Restore Service to Some Markets?

With oil now down to $116 a barrel (Aug 8th), does AS restore some of the service to certain routes that were profitable before the oil run up?

Example - North Bend/Coos Bay. How can the only airport for the Bandon Dunes area not have service from Portland/Seattle? This is a major BUSINESS destination for golfers around the country. Many a corporate entertainment dollar has been spent there and I was shocked when AS pulled out of the market, only to see UAL immediately jump in from SFO.
