Nagh, I wouldnt worry too much about the posting if the name on the MP card and on the itineary are different. My TA always books me as MRS Stefanie ..., when I book an eticket it lists me as Steffi ... and I had also ..., Stephanie once, never had a problem because of the name (Steffi ... on the card). I also could access all PE benefits.
