There's a 4:15pm game - NE @ NYJ. That means bad traffic from 2-4 as folks get to the game and again from 7-9 as they leave. I'd avoid EWR based on that and your anticipated time frame. The Mets and Yankees are also both currently scheduled to have 1ish home games on that Sunday, meaning that traffic on that side is going to be pretty annoying, too.

I'd pick a different day.
