worst case, can anyone comment on how wilderness safaris has been in terms of giving refund/credit/etc for return stays at same/other properties, after major service failures?
looks like they close may 4 2009. going from 11 to 14 villas. (on ~500 acres) sounds like the new villas might be larger. rates from $5450/nt after reopening.
