The difference is that not once have I had a front desk associate even know that plats are supposed to be able to cash up to $500 a day. Supervisors and managers generally know, and say something like "You're the first person who's ever wanted to use that benefit!"
As an employee I knew about it
but not so sure about my coworkers...
