for USD-earners, north island is now over $5K/nt.
(most expensive hotel, beating mansion in vegas)
fregate will soon be over $4K/nt
(no other hotels besides these 3 start over $4K/nt)
why not maldives? for example the 2BR overwater at FSLG. starts around $2.5K IIRC.
