A bit OT: I could upgrade my return AUH-SYD-AUH from J to F. It will cost me about $700. Do you think the upgrade is worth it?

From looking at the TR's, I noticed that apart from a slightly larger seat (which looked a bit thin), the product is pretty much the same. Does EY provide on demand dinning on this route in F/J?
