3-way calling is not an option as one of the parties is AF (not at all helpful) and I am getting nowhere with them as they insist that it is a CO record. I tried giving them the AF booking refernce, but the moment they access the record they come back to me and sing the same song- it is a CO reservation, CO has to do infant ticketing.
CO claims that they can not find a fare as all the segments are on AF metal- so they can not issue a ticket.
Did you try having CO call AF while on the phone with them instead of trying to put together the 3-way call yourself? You might have better luck that way. Or get the AF PNR from CO and call AF citing that, but it sounds like that has a lower probability of working.
