Try entering the 10 digit number into "Check an existing booking" into hilton(dot)co(dot(uk) together with your arrival date (link at top of homepage). I've found I can retrive reservations on the UK site than I can't on the dotcom site - you won't be able to make any amendments though, including adding your HH number. According to the rules, it ought not to matter anyway - no stay credit, points credit or VIP benefits on Priceline stays.
