I'm headed to HNL in July. Going ex-MKE (instead of ex-ORD) since the fare is $650 vs $750. Has anybody found other reasonable fares to HI from these smaller airports which are driving distance from ORD? Also, what's the weather like in HI in July? I've never been during the summer!
