Exactly. Well at least it looks like 24 hrs. prior to departure may be possible by phone. As for the other language provided by a poster and that dealing with business days on the BA site, I have no idea. Seems like it wouldn't be that complicated to allow the booking of e-tickets up to an hour or so prior to departure for domestic flts. Even AF has a more liberal web booking policy now! Gasp!
