I know, cross posting is against the rules, but this is urgent! Maybe in this forum more people are familiar with Chennai: A friend of mine is flying into Chennai airport (LH 4743) late at night and her onward flight is not until the following day at midday. She has not been to India before and so is concerned about trying to find accomodation in an unfamiliar place late at night.
She is wondering whether she is best to stay put in the airport or whether it is sensible to book a hotel with airport trasnfer.
If you have any ideas that would be great, she is on a budget!
