FM radio broadcast transmitter. Anything 10kW or over should do. Open tube cavity. Insert passport. Close tube cavity. Plates On. Count to 30. Plates off. Reverse prodecure. Trust me, ain't NO RF getting in or out of that sucker anymore. These RFID chips are a joke.
